“I've used this service several times in the last couple of years & was always pleased with the workmanship & timeliness of getting the repairs done. This time, however, Rick Watson, I feel, went above & beyond. Last Saturday, when checking on my place found that my furnace had gone out & as a result my water pipes froze & broke. I contacted him & he was out to my place within 15 minutes to check on things. He was able to get the repairs made within a couple of days before the cold weather returned. I truly can't thank him enough. We need more honest, reasonable & reliable companies like his."
